Powershield UPS 650VA Compuguard - PSCG650
Designed to support small applications such as stand alone or networked PCs and point of sale computers. Simple to install and operate. Supplied with monitoring and shutdown software. In the event of a power outage the UPS will allow continued operation of the PC so that work can be saved and the system can be shutdown safely. It features automatic voltage regulation, discharge, overcharge and overload protection. Backup time up to 16 minutes depending on connected load (6 minutes at full rated load).

The Office model is perfect for a home/office solution. It includes three battery backup and surge protected Australian sockets, three dedicated Australian outlets with surge protection and RJ45 phone line surge protection. Provides modified sinewave output and has an audible alarm when activated. Includes management software to suit most operating systems.

Generally, computers need to be shutdown in a specified manner to avoid damaging the software/data that is being used. By using a UPS and the included software a computer can be automatically shutdown safely in the event of a power outage. Backup time up to 40 minutes depending on connected load. Compact design is ideal for under desk operation.
