4 Ch. TVI Digital Video Recorder (DVR) with USB
This new series of digital video recorders has been developed for use with the emerging Transport Video Interface (TVI) standard of CCTV systems. TVI allows high definition signal transmission over standard coaxial cabling making it well suited to ‘drop in upgrade’ for older analog CCTV systems. This saves on cabling costs when systems are upgraded. Please note, TVI DVRs are ONLY compatible with TVI cameras.
The series offers advanced features, such as 1080p real-time recording, ‘Push Video’ notifications to notify you via mobile within 5 seconds of a trigger, intelligent video system (IVS) for flow counting, virtual fence, one-way pass. They also include an eSATA interface for external disk array connection. Real time recording at 30fps is dependant on the number of cameras connected and chosen resolution. For instance, the S 9354C 8 channel model can record four 1080p real time cameras or eight 1080p cameras at 15fps. To achieve real time on all channels at once, resolution must be changed to 720p.
Online viewing of live and recorded footage is available on Internet explorer, Firefox, Chrome, Safari and Opera. Or via the EagleEyes app on Android and iOS. When an alarm event occurs, such as human detection or alarm, the DVR will immediately make a video call to your iPad, iPhone or Android device which will then activate EagleEyes, automatically for remote access.
Individual channels can be tailored to suit the installation with settings such as brightness, contrast, saturation, hue & gain, all fully adjustable. Motion detecting areas can be easily set up for all channels. Recording can be triggered via external contacts such as alarms, infra red sensors etc. or alternatively scheduled recording or full time recording is available. Includes power supply. Hard drives sold separately.
